Move with Joy & Confidence in Your Daily Life

Mobile Outpatient Occupational Therapy

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. You or a loved one may be experiencing changes as you age. As we get older, it’s common to face challenges that make everyday activities a little harder- but that doesn’t mean you have to give them up.

Little Miss Therapy provides Occupational Therapy in the convenience of your home for adults and older adults in Long Beach, CA and surrounding areas. My goal is to help you bounce back stronger and ready to enjoy all the fun adventures life throws your way.

LIKELY, NO ONE TOLD YOU YOUR GOLDEN YEARS WOULD BE FULL OF UNEXPECTED CHALLENGES

MAYBE YOU’VE FOUND YOURSELF

  • Experiencing weakness and fatigue due to a recent surgery, illness, hospitalization, or injury

  • Having difficulty getting up from a chair or out of bed due to pain, achy joints, or just simply feeling exhausted all the time

  • Struggling with hand strength- like opening jars, buttoning clothes, or holding utensils

  • Noticing changes in memory or finding it harder to keep track of daily routines

  • Having a fear of falls, being unsteady, or lack of desire in doing things you used to enjoy

  • Unsure how to safely use new equipment like a walker, cane, or shower chair?

  • Feeling disconnected from your body and nervous and unsure about how to stay active and exercise again

Little Miss Therapy believes in THRIVING as we age… Here’s how I help:

Enjoy Activities Again

Life feels better when you can do the things you enjoy. Return to your favorite pastimes with confidence and ease, with modifications or compensatory strategies as needed. Whether it’s exercising, socializing, or daily routines, my expert care supports your journey to get you back to the activities that make your days meaningful and fun.

Feel Like Yourself Again

Aging can take a toll physically and emotionally.  I know that the answer isn’t to just give you a set of exercises and send you on your way.  My goal is to support you and work with you on strategies to move with more ease, feel less overwhelmed, and more confidence. And I do it in a way that fits into YOUR lifestyle.

Stay Independent Longer

Your independence matters. Together, we’ll focus on building strength, balance, and confidence so you can safely manage the tasks that are important to you- from moving around your home with ease to enjoying time out in the community. I want you safe, active, and in charge of your daily life- so you can continue living your way.

Meet Kimmie - Your Occupational Therapist

Kimberly Noble, OTR/L

Hi, I’m Kimmie and I’ve been helping adults move, grow, and thrive as an occupational therapist for over 17 years.

Over the years, I’ve worked in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, school districts, and home health- I’ve truly loved every experience. Along the way, I’ve learned something important: therapy can be both effective and enjoyable.

I have a soft spot for older adults and treat each patient like family (the kind you actually enjoy being around). I focus on listening, supporting, and celebrating small wins that make a big difference-I’m one of your biggest cheerleaders.

My favorite part is seeing someone surprise themselves by doing something they once thought they couldn’t- and the smile that comes with it.

Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, running around with my two daughters and our doodles, tending to my garden, brewing homemade kombucha, reading a good book, surfing small waves at the local beach, or attempting (and sometimes falling off) on my skateboard. I also enjoy jiujitsu, indoor rock climbing, meditating, and quiet moments outdoors.

I believe life is best approached with curiosity, patience, and a sense of humor- and I bring that same energy to my work every day.

If you’re ready to get started or have any questions, feel free to reach out- I’d love to help.
