Mobile Outpatient Occupational Therapy
Hi, I’m glad you’re here. You or a loved one may be experiencing changes as you age. As we get older, it’s common to face challenges that make everyday activities a little harder- but that doesn’t mean you have to give them up.
Little Miss Therapy provides Occupational Therapy in the convenience of your home for adults and older adults in Long Beach, CA and surrounding areas. My goal is to help you bounce back stronger and ready to enjoy all the fun adventures life throws your way.

Experiencing weakness and fatigue due to a recent surgery, illness, hospitalization, or injury
Having difficulty getting up from a chair or out of bed due to pain, achy joints, or just simply feeling exhausted all the time
Struggling with hand strength- like opening jars, buttoning clothes, or holding utensils
Noticing changes in memory or finding it harder to keep track of daily routines
Having a fear of falls, being unsteady, or lack of desire in doing things you used to enjoy

Stay Independent Longer
Your independence matters. Together, we’ll focus on building strength, balance, and confidence so you can safely manage the tasks that are important to you- from moving around your home with ease to enjoying time out in the community. Meet Kimmie - Your Occupational Therapist
Kimberly Noble, OTR/L
Hi, I’m Kimmie and I’ve been helping adults move, grow, and thrive as an occupational therapist for over 17 years.
Over the years, I’ve worked in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, school districts, and home health- I’ve truly loved every experience. Along the way, I’ve learned something important: therapy can be both effective and enjoyable.
I have a soft spot for older adults and treat each patient like family (the kind you actually enjoy being around). I focus on listening, supporting, and celebrating small wins that make a big difference-I’m one of your biggest cheerleaders.
My favorite part is seeing someone surprise themselves by doing something they once thought they couldn’t- and the smile that comes with it.
Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, running around with my two daughters and our doodles, tending to my garden, brewing homemade kombucha, reading a good book, surfing small waves at the local beach, or attempting (and sometimes falling off) on my skateboard. I also enjoy jiujitsu, indoor rock climbing, meditating, and quiet moments outdoors.
I believe life is best approached with curiosity, patience, and a sense of humor- and I bring that same energy to my work every day.
If you’re ready to get started or have any questions, feel free to reach out- I’d love to help.
