No Therapist-Patient Relationship
Use of this website, including submitting a contact form, sending an email, or leaving a voicemail, doe snot create a therapist-patient relationship with Little MissTherapy. A formal relationship is only established after an evaluation and completion of required intake and consent forms.
Services Provided
Little Miss Therapy provides mobile outpatient occupational therapy services in Long Beach, CA and surrounding communities. Services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability and clinical appropriateness.
Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, where permitted by law and payer guidelines.
Payment and Insurance
We currently only accept Medicare Part B and private pay. Coverage and reimbursement are not guaranteed and remain the responsibility of the patient. Patients are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services.
HIPPA and Communication
While we strive to protect your privacy, this website may not be a secure platform for transmitting protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit sensitive medical information through website forms. For secure communication, please use our designated patient communication channels or contact us directly.
